Yes, refrigerant is required to produce cool air. Sometimes a unit will leak freon due to a malfunction. To avoid further damage and costly repairs we recommend that your freon be filled to manufacturer's standards.

Your air filters should be replaced every one to three months depending on usage. This is highly important to the performance of you HVAC system.

· Washes outdoor condenser coil

· Inspects indoor evaporator coil

· Checks all electrical components and connections for proper voltage and secured properly

· Inspect all motor and outdoor motors for bearing play and amp readings

· Check freon level and delta t to ensure system is cooling properly and efficiently

· Thermostat setting assessment

· Safety controls

· Check drip pan and condensation drain lines
